1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who you're dealing with
The Site is operated by FIFO, an independent creative and technology studio. FIFO is not currently registered or incorporated as a company, LLP, or other formal legal entity; incorporation (anticipated as a Limited Liability Partnership) is expected at a later stage. These terms will be updated to reflect the studio's registered entity details once that happens.
3. Use of the website
You may browse the Site and use its forms to make genuine enquiries about FIFO's work, services, or open opportunities. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or malicious content through its forms, or using it to send unsolicited communications (spam).
4. Website content
Content on the Site — including text, project descriptions, images, and design — is provided for general informational purposes about FIFO and its work. It may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice, and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of any particular outcome, service, or result.
5. Intellectual property
The FIFO name, logo, and the design, layout, text, and visual work presented on this Site are the intellectual property of FIFO and/or the individuals and clients credited, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except for normal personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site in a web browser.
Portfolio and case-study materials
Project and case-study materials shown on the Site are shared to illustrate FIFO's work and, where relevant, are shown with the permission of the client or under the terms agreed with them. Client names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. User-submitted materials
If you submit information through one of the Site's forms (for example, a message, a link to your portfolio, or notes about a project), you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. 7. Enquiries and services
The Site allows you to send enquiries (for example, to book a call, send a note, apply to join the team, register as independent talent, or propose a collaboration). Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not, by itself, create a client engagement, contract, employment relationship, or any other binding commitment between you and FIFO. Any actual engagement, project, or working relationship is only formed through a separate, explicit agreement between the parties.
FIFO does not guarantee a response time, and describing a service on the Site does not guarantee its current availability.
8. AI-assisted content
Some content, imagery, or code on this Site may be produced with the assistance of AI tools as part of FIFO's working process. Such content is reviewed as part of our normal process before publication, but we do not represent that AI-assisted material is free of error, and Section 11 (disclaimer of warranties) applies to it in the same way as any other content on the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, client sites shown in our portfolio) and relies on third-party services to operate (see our Privacy Policy for details on Web3Forms, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts). We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control.
